The Second Saturday Marian Convention was prayerfully conducted on 11th April 2026. The convention was organized with the aim of deepening the faith of the participants through prayer, praise and worship, spiritual talks, Holy Mass, adoration, and fellowship. The entire programme was conducted in a peaceful and prayerful atmosphere, helping the faithful to grow closer to God through the intercession of Mother Mary.
The day began at 6:00 am with the participants rising and preparing themselves spiritually for the convention. At 6:30 am, the session of Praise and Worship was led by Sr. Alphonse Maria. The vibrant worship created a joyful and spiritually uplifting atmosphere and encouraged everyone to actively participate in praising God.
At 7:00 am, Mr. Henry John delivered an inspiring talk. His message encouraged the faithful to strengthen their faith life, remain close to prayer, and trust in God in all circumstances of life. The participants listened attentively and were spiritually enriched by the session.
Breakfast was served at 8:30 am, giving time for refreshment and fellowship among the participants. At 9:00 am, the Holy Rosary was prayerfully recited, seeking the loving intercession of Blessed Virgin Mary for all families, the Church, and the world.
The second session of Praise and Worship began at 9:30 am and prepared the participants for the next spiritual sessions. At 10:00 am, another spiritual talk was conducted, focusing on Christian life, devotion, and commitment to God. The message motivated the faithful to live a life rooted in prayer and charity.
At 11:00 am, a singing session was held, bringing joy and enthusiasm to the gathering. This was followed by another spiritual talk at 11:15 am, which further deepened the participants’ understanding of God’s love and mercy.
An Action Song session was conducted at 12:15 pm, making the programme lively and engaging for all. After a short break at 12:30 pm, the Holy Mass was celebrated at 12:45 pm by Fr. Dinny Paul VC. The Eucharistic celebration was the central and most grace-filled part of the convention. Through the Holy Mass, the faithful experienced spiritual nourishment and renewal.
At 1:45 pm, Eucharistic Adoration was led by Fr. Daya Kishor. It was a powerful moment of silent prayer, thanksgiving, healing, and surrender before the Blessed Sacrament. Many participants experienced peace, spiritual strength, and renewed faith during the adoration.
The convention concluded with lunch at 3:00 pm. All the participants expressed gratitude to God for the blessings received throughout the day. The Marian Convention became a meaningful spiritual gathering that strengthened faith, promoted Marian devotion, and encouraged the faithful to lead holy and prayerful lives.
