DIVINE GLORY MINISTRIES, MANIPUR -
MARAM KHUNOU, SENAPATI:
The Second Saturday Marian Convention was happened on 12th September 2026, Saturday, at Divine Glory Prayer Tower, with around 135 participants gathering together in faith, prayer, and fellowship.
The programme began at 9:00 AM with the Holy Rosary, through which the faithful entrusted themselves to the maternal intercession of Our Blessed Virgin Mary and prayed for God’s grace, mercy, and blessings. The atmosphere was prayerful and deeply devotional as everyone united their hearts in seeking the Lord.
This was followed by a joyful and spirit-filled Praise and Worship session led by Saimon Namkoiba and Ajoy Kansouwa. Their ministry helped the participants enter more deeply into prayer and opened their hearts to the presence of God.
The first teaching session was given by Fr. Daya Kishor, who preached on the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. He encouraged the participants to examine their lives and allow the Holy Spirit to produce His fruits in them, such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
This was followed by a spiritual session led by Sr. Blessy CMC, who enlightened and encouraged the participants to grow deeper in their spiritual life. Her message invited everyone to strengthen their relationship with God and to live their faith more sincerely in their daily lives.
At 12:00 PM, Fr. Praful Kerketta VC preached a powerful message based on the words, “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” He encouraged everyone to seek God wholeheartedly, reminding the faithful that when we sincerely approach the Lord, He responds with His loving presence and grace.
The spiritual programme continued with the celebration of Holy Mass, presided over by Fr. Daya Kishor. The Holy Eucharist became a central moment of thanksgiving and communion, bringing all the participants together in the presence of Christ.
The Convention concluded with a powerful Adoration led by Fr. Dinny Paul VC. The participants experienced a profound atmosphere of prayer and the presence of God, encountering the power, fire, and glory of Jesus. Many hearts were touched and renewed as the faithful surrendered themselves before the Blessed Sacrament.
And after that everyone shared lunch together with joy and fellowship. The gathering ended on a joyful note, with participants departing with grateful hearts, renewed faith, and a deeper desire to remain close to Jesus and to seek the intercession of Our Blessed Mother Mary.
