DIVINE GLORY MINISTRIES, MANIPUR -

MARAM KHUNOU, SENAPATI:

A four-day Residential Retreat and Marian Convention was prayerfully conducted at Divine Glory Prayer Tower, Senapati, from 9th to 12th April 2026. The retreat was organized with the intention of deepening the spiritual life of the faithful, strengthening their relationship with God, and encouraging them to live a life rooted in prayer, repentance, and devotion to Mother Mary.

The retreat commenced on 9th April 2026 at 5:30 p.m. with the Holy Rosary led by Br. Simon. The atmosphere of the retreat was deeply prayerful and spiritually enriching from the very beginning. Participants gathered with devotion and enthusiasm, seeking spiritual renewal and inner peace through the grace of God.

Praise and worship sessions were led by Sr. Alphonse Maria FCC and Br. Simon. Through joyful hymns, worship songs, and heartfelt prayers, the faithful were guided into a deeper experience of God’s presence. The praise and worship sessions created an atmosphere of faith, healing, and thanksgiving, helping the participants to open their hearts to the Word of God.

The retreat included various spiritual activities and devotions such as the Holy Mass, Rosary, Eucharistic Adoration, preaching of the Word of God, and the Sacrament of Confession. Every session was carefully arranged to help the participants grow spiritually and experience God’s mercy and love.

The celebration of the Holy Eucharist was the center of the retreat. Through the Holy Mass, the faithful participated actively in prayer and received spiritual nourishment from the Body and Blood of Christ. Eucharistic Adoration was another meaningful part of the retreat, during which participants spent silent moments before the Blessed Sacrament in prayer and reflection.

The preaching sessions were deeply inspiring and spiritually uplifting. The speakers shared powerful reflections on faith, repentance, forgiveness, prayer, and Christian living. Their messages encouraged the faithful to renew their commitment to God and to live according to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

The main speakers for the retreat were: Fr. Dinny Paul VC-Director, Fr. Praful Kerketta VC, Fr. Daya Kishor and Mr. Henry john.

Each speaker contributed meaningfully through spiritual talks, testimonies, and guidance. Their preaching touched the hearts of the participants and inspired many to return to God with greater faith and devotion.

The Sacrament of Confession was also arranged during the retreat. Many faithful made use of this opportunity to reconcile with God and experience spiritual healing and peace. The atmosphere of prayer and repentance helped participants to renew their spiritual lives sincerely.

A special highlight of the retreat was the Marian Convention held on 11th April 2026, which was also the Second Saturday Marian Convention. The gathering was marked by deep Marian devotion and prayerful participation. The faithful came together to honor Mother Mary through the Rosary, Marian hymns, intercessory prayers, and reflections on her life of faith and obedience.

More than one hundred people participated in the Marian Convention and retreat. The presence of a large number of faithful reflected the spiritual thirst and devotion of the people. Participants came from different places with eagerness to receive spiritual blessings and guidance.

Throughout the retreat, the participants experienced spiritual joy, peace, and renewal. Many shared testimonies of receiving inner healing, strength, and encouragement through the Word of God and the sacraments. The retreat helped the faithful to strengthen their faith life and inspired them to continue their journey with God more faithfully.

The retreat concluded with thanksgiving prayers and blessings. The organizers expressed sincere gratitude to all the priests, speakers, prayer leaders, volunteers, choir members, and participants who contributed to the success of the program. Special thanks were offered to Divine Glory Prayer Tower, Senapati, for providing a prayerful atmosphere and support for the smooth conduct of the retreat.

The Residential Retreat and Marian Convention was truly a grace-filled and spiritually enriching experience for all who attended. It brought the faithful closer to God and strengthened their devotion to Mother Mary. May the blessings and spiritual fruits received during these days continue to guide and inspire all the participants in their daily Christian life.
