The Don Bosco Parish Hostellers' Recollection was held at Divine Glory Prayer Tower, Senapati, bringing together 120 students for an evening of spiritual renewal and encounter with the Lord.
The program commenced at 5:30 PM with the Holy Rosary, creating an atmosphere of prayer and reflection. This was followed by a vibrant session of praise and worship, led by Br. Saimon Namkoiba, preparing the hearts of the students to receive God's Word.
The main resource person, Mr. Vijay, delivered a powerful sermon by sharing his inspiring personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ. His life-changing experience and message encouraged the students to trust God wholeheartedly and remain steadfast in their Christian journey despite life's challenges.
The recollection continued with a deeply moving Eucharistic Adoration led by Fr. Dinny Paul VC, Director of Divine Glory Prayer Tower. During his reflection, he emphasized the importance of repentance, sincere conversion, and drawing closer to Jesus through prayer and the sacraments. As the Blessed Sacrament was exposed, many students experienced the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit. The atmosphere was filled with prayer, tears of repentance, and spiritual renewal.
One of the most grace-filled moments of the recollection was the Sacrament of Reconciliation, during which every student participated in confession, receiving God's mercy and forgiveness with joyful hearts.
The Benediction and closing of the Blessed Sacrament were conducted by Fr. Paul Ngaoluni, bringing the recollection to a peaceful and prayerful conclusion.
The event concluded at 8:00 PM. The recollection became a memorable occasion of grace, leaving every student spiritually enlightened, renewed in faith, and inspired to live a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
